The Collections Coordinator will collaborate closely with Partners, attorneys, and the billing team to ensure timely collections, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage accounts receivable inventory, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances and monitoring aging reports
  • Serve as a key Collections Coordinator partner to billing teams to resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and client concerns
  • Handle e-billing processes, including appeals, accruals, budgets, and client-specific requirements
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to Partners on account status, risks, and resolution strategies
  • Prepare reports, financial updates, and data analysis to support decision-making and collections efforts
  • Demonstrate strong organization, communication, and analytical skills in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and accounting systems (Elite 3E preferred) while maintaining professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
